Hello World!

The inaugural post - who knows what to say? Let me just go ahead and say what at least a million others have said before me - this is a blog about nothing (with a tech flavour and an occasional rant). If a million have said what I just wrote then at least a billion have used the same title. (In fact, see here, here and here).
